A Resolution in favour of William Winchester.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer of the western shore pay to William Win-
chester, or to his order, sixteen dollars, for four days ser-
vices as an assistant committee clerk of the senate during
the present session of the legislature.

A Resolution directing the Clerks of the Senate and House
of Delegates to deliver to the State Librarian the Manu-
script Votes and Proceedings of the several Legislatures
of the Province and State of Maryland in the Commit-
tee Rooms.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the clerks of the senate and house of delegates be, and
each of them is hereby directed, to deliver to the state's li-
brarian the manuscript votes and proceedings of the seve-
ral legislatures of the province, and state of Maryland, in
the committee rooms of each house.

A Resolution in favour of Elizabeth Dawkins, of Calvert
County, Widow of a Revolutionary Soldier.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer cif the western shore pay to Elizabeth Daw-
kins, of Calvert county, widow of the late Charles Daw-
kins, a soldier of the revolution, or to her order, during
her widowhood, in quarterly annual payments, a sum of
money equal to the half pay of a sergeant, as a further re-
muneration for the services of her said husband.
