A Resolution directing the Clerk of the Council to trans-
mit to the Legislature annually a statement of the dis-
bursements and expenditures of the Executive Depart-
ment for the previous year.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the clerk of the council for the time being, Be, and he is
hereby directed, to transmit to the legislature annually,
within the second week of the session, a fair and correct
statement of the disbursements and expenditures of the ex-
ecutive department for the previous year.

A Resolution relating to the County Schools Funds.
Resolved, That the treasurer for the western shore be,
and he is hereby authorised and directed, to carry to the
credit of the free schools fund, the cash now standing to
the credit of the county schools fund, and all future re-
ceipts on its account, and to distribute and pay the same,
at the same time, and in the same manner, that the free
schools fund is now distributable and payable by law.
