No. 101. A bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Cecil county, to pay the Sheriff of said
county, a per diem for attendance in person or by deputy up-
on the Court, and such further compensation for other servi-
ces as in their discretion may seem to them right and proper.
No, 102. A bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 233 of
the Acts of 1870, entitled an Act to repeal section 9 of Article
XXVIII. of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to
the publication of county expenses, so far as the same relates
to Caroline county, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
No. 103. A bill entitled an Act supplementary to the Act
of 1870, chapter 213, making an additional appropriation to
Washington Cemetery, in Washington county.
No. 104. A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Clerk of
the Circuit Court for Worcester county, to copy the General
Index to Land Records in his office from 1742 to 1844.
No. 105. A bill entitled an Act to authorize the appoint-
ment of an additional Justice of the Peace for Dorchester
county.
No. 106. A bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Wicomico county, to build a bridge over
Wetipquin Creek, in said county.
No. 107. A bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay William Knabe and Company, for one-seven
and one-third Octave Concert Grand Piano, supplied the Ex-
ecutive Mansion, on the 7th of February, 1870.
No. 108. A. bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 181 of
the Act of 1872, entitled an Act to repeal section 21 of
Article VII. of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Carroll County," sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Con-
stables," and to re-enact the same with amendments, and to
amend and re-enact the same.
No. 109. A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Clerk of
the County Commissioners, for Somerset county, to adminis-
ter oaths in certain cases.
No. 110. A bill entitled an Act to extend an Act entitled
an Act to incorporate the New York Mining Company, passed
December Session, 1844, chapter 220, and the supplement
thereto, passed at December Session, 1846, chapter 123, and
the Act to alter and amend the said original Act of incorpor-
ation and supplement thereto, passed at January Session,
1853, chapter 70, for the period of thirty years.
