due to Joseph Graves, late of Washington county, deceased,
a soldier of the war of 1812.

No. 176. A bill entitled an Act to grant donations to Gar-
rett county, for the use of Academies and Schools.

No. 177. A bill entitled an Act to declare the sanction of
the General Assembly of Maryland, to the bequest of John
H. Yingling, late of the city of Westminster, deceased, to
the Trustees of the Methodist Protestant Church of the city
of Westminster, Carroll county, State of Maryland.

No. 173. A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 1 of an
Act, passed January Session, 1872, chapter 320, entitled an
Act for the protection of Black Bass, and all other Fish in
the Monocacy River and its Tributaries, within the limits of
Frederick county, and to re-enact the said section 1, with
amendments.

No. 200. A bill entitled an Act to establish a State Board
of Health.

I have the honor to inform you that I have approved the
following Senate Bills :

No. 94. A bill entitled an Act to add additional sections to
Article LXXV. of the Code of Public General Laws, allow-
ing the striking out of an order for removal after the same
has been passed.

No. 95. A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Bank of
Cambridge in Cambridge, Dorchester county, Maryland.

No. 99. A bill entitled an Act to provide for additional
compensation to Charles E. Hayward and Sewell T. Will-
bourne, of Dorchester county, and to John W. Crisfield, of
Somerset county, for professional services.

No. 100. A bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the city of Cumberland, by repealing sections 22, 23, 24, 25,
26, 27, 28, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 37, 38, 39, 47, 48, 49, 50,
51, 53, 54, 55 and 56 of Article I. of the Code of Public
Local Laws, entitled "Allegany County," sub-title "City of
Cumberland," as also sub-sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11,
12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 of chapter 121 of the Acts of the
General Assembly, passed at January Session, 1864, entitled
an Act to repeal sections 23, 31, 32, 33, 35; 53 and 54 of the
first Article of the Code of Public Local Laws, and to re-
enact the same with amendments, and insert additional sec-
