The House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, section 2 of Article XXXVI. of the Code
of Public General Laws, entitled "Estrays."

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

The House bill entitled an Act amending the charter of the
Beneficial Savings' Fund Society, of Baltimore.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

The House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town of
Deer Park, in Garrett county.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

House amendments to the Senate bill entitled an Act for
the protection of Young Fish, in the waters of Elk River and
its tributaries, within the limits of Cecil county,

Were concurred in, and said bill, as amended, passed by
yeas and nays as follows :
