Mr. Brewer, from the Committee on Temperance, reported
favorably

The House bill entitled an Act relating to licenses for the
sale of spirituous and fermented liquors in this State.

Which was read the second time.

Also, reported favorably

The Senate bill entitled an Act to add additional sections
to Article LXI. of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Licenses," relating to the sale of spirituous and fermented
liquors in this State.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Knight, from a Select Committee, reported favorably

The House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Seneca
Point Club, of Cecil county, to elect non-residents directors.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Blake, from a Select Committee, reported favorably

The House bill entitled an Act relating to Pharmacists, in
the city of Baltimore.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. McCulloh, from a Select Committee, reported favorably

The House bill entitled an Act relating to "Sheriff," in
Allegany county.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Steiner, from a Select Committee, reported favorably

The House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Trustees of
School district No. 104, of Frederick county, to dispose of a
school house,

With the following amendments:

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Amend title so as to read

A bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower Issac
Reroner, Samuel D. Fox and William H. Martz, Trustees of
a school house in school district No. 104, Frederick county,
to sell and dispose of the said school house in said district.

Amend section 1, line 2, by striking out all after word
"Maryland," and inserting the following: "That Isaac
Reroner, Samuel D. Fox and William H. Martz, Trustees of
a school house, known as Oak Hill School House, in school
district No. 104, of Frederick county, be and they are hereby
authorized and empowered to sell at public or private sale,
the said school house, in said district, for cash or on such
terms as they may determine, to the highest bidder, and to
convey the same and divide the proceeds pro rata amongst
