The House bill entitled an Act to -add. additional sections
to the Act of eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter ninety-
eight, entitled an Act to repeal the Act of Incorporation of
Mechauicstown, Frederick county, Maryland, and to re-enact
the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

The House bill entitled an Act to add an additional section
to the Public Local Laws of Prince George's county, entitled
"Sheriff."

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Suit,
Tuck and Williams.

The House bill entitled a supplement to an Act entitled an
Act to incorporate a company to make a turnpike road from
Hagerstown, in Washington county, to the Pennsylvania
Line, passed at December Session, 1846, chapter 333, and to
an Act entitled a supplement to an Act entitled an Act to
incorporate a company to make a turnpike road from Hagers-
town, in Washington county, to the Pennsylvania Line,
passed at the January Session, 1865, chapter 200.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

The House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Citizens'
Savings' Bank, of Garrett county.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

The House bill entitled an Act to refund to Jer. Dyer, one
of the firm of Renn & Dyer, and of Jer. Dyer & Co., and to
Thomas G. Hull & Co., and to Townsend, French & Co.,
monies erroneously paid as outage and storage on tobacco.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Finance.

The House bill entitled an Act to exempt Packers of Fruit
and Oysters, from the operations of the Act passed this Ses-
sion, entitled an Act to limit the hours of labor in this State
for all minors under 16 years of age.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

The House bill entitled an Act requiring Pawnbrokers to
pay a State license.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.
