On motion by Mr. Steiner,
Further proceedings thereunder were suspended.

Mr. Davis moved to postpone the bill under consideration
until Thursday next,

Which was determined in the affirmative.

Mr. Blake moved to adjourn,

Mr. Fields demanding the yeas and nays, said motion was
adopted as follows :
