Mr. Williams moved to reconsider the vote by which the
Senate bill relating to the sale of the State's interest in the
Annapolis and Elk Ridge Rail Road, failed to pass for want
of a constitutional majority.

Which was adopted.

To reconsider the vote by which the bill was made the
special order for Saturday next at 1 o'clock.

Maryland, to be made a party in a cause now pending in the

of Virginia vs. the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Company
and others.
