The House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 12 of Ar-
ticle LXIV. of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Mortgages," and to re-enact the same with amendments,

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Section 12, at the end of section, after the word "money,"
insert: "Provided, however, that said Trustee shall not give
a bond unless the Court shall deem it necessary, and prescribe
the same in the decree."
