ments."
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Strike out all after word "county," in line 4, section 1,
and insert, "of Dorchester county, sections 86 and 87 of Ar-
ticle XX. of the Code of Public Local Laws of Talbot coun-
ty, and sections 90 and 91, Article VI. of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Caroline county, be and the same are hereby
repealed, and the following substituted for said sections of
each of the aforesaid counties, under sub-title "Fish."
In 14th line, section 1, strike out all after word "violate,"
and insert "the two preceding sections of this Act in either
of the aforesaid counties, shall, upon conviction thereof be-
fore a Justice of the Peace in the county where the offence
shall be committed, be fined not less than five nor more than
fifty dollars; or shall be subject to a forfeiture of the same,
the boat and appurtenances thereunto belonging, in the dis-
cretion of the said Justice; provided, that an appeal to the
Circuit Court may be taken at any time within ten days from
the rendering of such judgment, under bond and approved
security."
Amend the title so as to read as follows : "A bill entitled
an Act to repeal sections 113 and 114, Article X. of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Dorchester county, sub-title "Fish,"
and sections 86 and 87 of Article XX. of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Talbot county, and also sections .90 and 91,
Article VI. of the Code of Public Local Laws of Caroline
county, and to re-enact the same with amendments.''
