amended by chapter 255 of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, passed at the January Session, 1872, 47,
49 and 50, as amended by chapter 384 of the Acts of the
General Assembly, passed at January Session, 1872, 60, 61
and 74 of Article LXXXI. of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled "Revenue and Taxes," in so far as the same
may relate to Carroll county, and to enact additional sections
to Article VII. of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Carroll county," sub-title ''State and County Taxes," with
proposed amendments.

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Amend section 1, line 10, by striking out the word "and,"
after "one hundred and fifty," and insert in same line after
the words "one hundred and fifty-one," the words "and one
hundred and fifty-two." Amend further by inserting page
4 1/2 at the bottom of section 151, as section 152.
