"Section —. And be it enacted, That the State, or any
party deeming himself aggrieved by any decision of a Jus-
tice of the Peace in cases arising under this Act, shall have
the right of appeal to the Circuit Court of the county in
which the case may be tried, or to the City Court of Balti-
more city, as the case may he.

Leave Was granted to the Committee on Finance to report
a bill entitled an Act to repeal section 31 of Article LVI. of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Licenses," sub-title
"Foreign Corporations and Companies," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.
