Strike out "two" wherever it occurs in section 24 and in-
sert "one," and add the words "at low water" wherever it
occurs in that section.

Mr. Williams submitted the following amendment:

Section 28, Hues 1 and 7, strike out "Board of Commis-
sioners of the State Fishery Force," and insert "Governor,
by and with the advice of the Senate."
