The House bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Article XXX. of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Crimes and Punishments," sub-title "Rivers," to come
after section 170, and to be called 170 a.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

The House bill entitled an Act to make valid the marriage
between Joseph Owens and Eva Shepard.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

The House bill entitled an Act to amend an Act passed at
the Session of the General Assembly of Maryland, held in
the year 1868, entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore
and Swann Lake Passenger Railway Company.

Bank of Annapolis.
