Mr. Blake submitted the following message to the House
of Delegates:

BY THE SENATE,

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

We respectfully request your Honorable Body to recede
from the amendments proposed by your Honorable Body to
the Act entitled au Act relating to Building Associations,
Homestead Associations and Land Companies in this State,
and herewith return said bill to your Honorable Body for
that purpose.

Delegates.

The House bill entitled an Act to authorize th« County
Commissioners of Frederick county to build a new Jail and a
Work House for Frederick county, to borrow money on the
credit of the county for that purpose, to issue bonds for the
payment of the same, to levy and collect taxes for the pay-
ment of such bonds and the interest on the same,
