Also, reported

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 192 of
chapter 154 of the Acts of 1872, entitled an Act to amend
the Public Local Laws of Prince George's county, by adding
thereto additional sections to come in after section 182 of Ar-
ticle XVI. of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Prince
George county," imposing a tax on dogs, and appropriating a
portion of said taxes as a reward for killing Foxes, and to the
support of Schools in said county, and to re-enact the same
with amendments.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Claggett from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported

The Senate bill entitled an Act to declare the sanction of
the General Assembly of Maryland to the devise and bequest
of Catharine Hoover, late of Frederick county, deceased, to
three Trustees and their successors to be appointed by the
Virginia Annual Conference of the United Brethren Church
in Christ, and legalize the same.

Mr. Longwell, from a Select Committee, reported

The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Trustees of
the Providence Methodist Protestant Church, in Carroll coun-
ty, to sell and dispose of certain properties therein mentioned.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and deliv-
ered

The House bill entitled an Act to amend Article XIX. of
the Code of Public Local Laws for Somerset county, sub-
title "Retailers."

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

The House bill entitled an Act to regulate proceedings in
certain cases now pending in the Circuit Court for Allegany
county.
