the several counties and city of Baltimore to collect certain
lees due the late Clerk of the Circuit Court for St. Mary's
county.

lingsley, Fields and Davis.

The House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of Montgomery county to place certain fees
in the hands of the Sheriffs of the several counties of this
State and the city of Baltimore for collection.
