The Senate bill entitled an Act for the improvement and
renovation of the Tobacco regions of the State.

The Senate bill entitled an Act for the relief of Noah
Webster, of Somerset county.

Mr. Tuck, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings, re-
ported

The Senate bill entitled au Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, the fifth section of Article XXXVII. of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Evidence," as amended by
the Act of 1864, chapter 109.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 5 of
chapter 381 of the Act of 1872. so far as it relates to Prince
George's county, entitled an Act to provide for the destruction
of Hawks and Owls, and to protect the class of small birds,

Montgomery counties.
