The Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the appoint-
ment of a Director on the part of Dorchester county in the
Dorchester and Delaware Rail Road Company.

Was considered, and

On motion by Mr. Fields,
Ordered to lic over.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the Trustees of the Union Academy in Worcester county, to
convey and transfer all the property, both real and personal,
belonging to said Trustees, to the Board of County School
Commissioners for Worcester county, and also to authorize
and empower the Board of County School Commissioners of
Worcester county to sell certain real estate,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 46 (as
amended by chapter 255 of the Acts of the General Assembly
passed at January Session, 1872,) 47, 49 and 50 (as amended
by chapter 384 of the Agts of the General Assembly passed
at January Session, 1872,) 60, 61 and 74 of Article LXXXI.
of the Code of Public General Laws entitled "Revenues and
Taxes," in so far as the same may relate to Carroll county,
and to enact additional sections to Article VII. of the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled Carroll County," sub-title "State
and County Taxes,"

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Mr. Steiner submitted the following order :

Ordered, That night sessions be held on Monday and
Thursday nights at 8 o'clock.

Mr. Fields moved to strike out "Monday" and insert
''Tuesday," in said order.

Which was rejected by yeas and nays as follows :
