land, passed January Session, 1870, entitled an Act to estab-
lish voting precincts in Westminster district of Carroll

a third reading.

On motion by Mr. Brattan,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings to report a bill supplemental to a bill for the defence of
Registrars and Judges of Election, passed at January Session,
1874.

On motion by Mr. Earle,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Finance to report
a bill to pay Robert Goldsborough for recording wills, inven-
tories, accounts of sales, administrators accounts, guardian
accounts. &c., after the decease of Samuel Vickers, Register
of Wills for Queen Anne's county, left undone by said Vick-
ers, and done by the said Goldsborough, after the time
. allowed by law for the business during his term of office to
be finished.

On motion by Mr. Williams,

The Senate proceeded to the consideration of Executive
Business,

After a time resumed the consideration of Legislative
Business.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and deliv-
ered

The House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 1 of an
Act passed January Session, 1870, chapter 12, entitled an
Act for the better protection of Game in Montgomery county,
and to amend and re-enact the same as amended.
