Ordered, That the use of the Senate Chamber this evening
be granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings to hear
the argument of I. Nevit Steele, Esq., in relation to the
"Park Tax" on City Passenger Railways, and further that
night Sessions of the Senate be held on Wednesday and
Thursday evenings of this week.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to add additional sections
to Article V. of the Code of Public Local Laws, titled "Cal-
vert county," sub-titled "Taxes," providing for the appoint-
ment of a Treasurer, and a more economical collection of
taxes in Calvert county,
