Public General Laws, title "Fish and Fisheries," sub-title

Mr. Aydelott, from a Select Committee, reported

The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the Trustees of the Union Academy, in Worcester county,
to convey and transfer all the property, both real and per-
sonal, belonging to said Trustees, to the Board of County
School Commissioners of Worcester county, and also to au-
thorize and empower the Board of County School Commis-
sioners of Worcester county to sell certain real estate.

Mr. Earle, from the Committee on Finance, reported

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Commissioner of the
Land Office to have prepared, for the use of the Land Office,
a map of those portions of Garrett and Allegany counties
which contain the four thousand and odd fifty acre lots,
granted by the State of Maryland to the officers and soldiers
of the war of the Revolution.
