On motion by Mr. Blake,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Finance to report
a bill for the relief of Ruth P. Griffith.

On motion by Mr. Phelps,

Leave was granted to Messrs. Phelps, Claggett and Fields
to introduce a bill to be entitled an Act for the relief of "The
Cambridge and Chesapeake Rail Road Company."

On motion by Mr. Aydelott,

Leave was granted to Messrs. Aydelott, Williams and
Earle to report a bill supplemental to the Act of 1865, chap-
ter 151, entitled an Act to incorporate the town of Newtown,
in Worcester county.

On motion by Mr. Knight,

Leave was granted to Messrs. Lloyd, Knight and Walsh
to report a bill to regulate the trial fees of the State's Attor-
ney for Talbot county.

On motion by Mr. Knight,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Chesapeake
Bay and its Tributaries to introduce a bill entitled an Act to
repeal Article XCVIII. of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled "Wild Fowl," and also to repeal an Act passed at
January Session, 1872, chapter 54, entitled an Act to exempt
all that portion of the waters of the Chesapeake Bay lying
northward of a certain line therein described from the opera-
tions and effects of sections 1 and 3 of Article XCVIII. of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Wild Fowl," and to
enact other sections, to be in force and operation in, on and
over said water, and to re-enact said Article XCVIII. entitled
"Wild Fowl," with amendments.
