Mr. Brattau presented the petition of David Sterling and
sixty-nine other citizens of Crisfield, in Somerset county, ask-
ing a repeal of the Incorporation Act of said town.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Judicial
Proceedings.

Mr. Blake moved to reconsider the vote by which the order
was adopted yesterday to hold a session to-night.

Mr. Fields demanding the yeas and nays,
The motion was rejected as follows :

Mr. Stevens presented the petition of ninety journeyman
barbers in favor of closing the barber shops on Sunday.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Judicial
Proceedings.

Mr. Davis presented the petition of the Clerk, Register of
Wills, Sheriff, State's Attorney, Orphans' Court Judge, and
eight hundred and fifty voters of Garrett county, in favor of
Oakland for the county seat of Garrett county.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Judicial
Proceedings.

On motion by Mr. Davis,

Leave was granted to Messrs. Davis, Billingsley and Ste-
vens, to report a bill entitled an Act to provide an additional
section to Article III. of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Baltimore County."

Also,

Leave to Messrs. Davis, Stevens and Billingsley, to report
a bill entitled an Act to provide for the collection of taxes
upon personal property not included in the general assess-
ment.
