AN ACT to repeal sections fifty-one and fifty-two,

of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Prince
|
 
|
George county," under the head of collectors, en-
|
 
|
acted January session, eighteen hundred and six-
|
 
|
ty-eight, chapter three hundred and thirty, and
|
 
|
sections forty-seven and forty-eight of said article
|
 
|
sixteen, enacted at January session, eighteen hun-
|
 
|
dred and seventy-two, chapter two hundred and
|
 
|
ninety-four, and re-enact the following as sections
|
 
|
forty-seven, forty-eight, fifty-one and fifty-two, of
|
 
|
said article sixteen, of the Code of Public Local
|
 
|
Laws, entitled " Prince George county," under
|
 
|
the head of collectors in their stead.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
 
|
Maryland, That sections forty-seven and forty-eight,
|
 
|
of article sixteen, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
|
 
|
entitled " Prince George county," under the head of
|
Repealed.
|
collectors, passed January session, eighteen hundred
|
 
|
and seventy-two, chapter two hundred and ninety-
|
 
|
four, and sections fifty-one and fifty-two of said article
|
 
|
sixteen, passed January session, eighteen hundred
|
 
|
and sixty-eight, chapter three hundred and thirty,
|
 
|
be and the same are hereby repealed, and the fol-
|
 
|
lowing re-enacted as sections forty-seven, forty-eight,
|

47. There shall continue to be a County Treasurer
