CHAPTER 486.

 

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the

 

claims of Finlay, Roberts and Company, Wm S.

 

Taylor and Company, Henderson's Whf., J. C.

 

Carroll, Klinefelter and Brother, Bolton Brothers,

 

Johnson and Company, J. F. Wiley, Charles

 

Streeper, Brown and Murphy, William A. House,

 

Lewis F. Claby, J. R. Hudgins, Thomas S. Clark

 

and Sons, Anderson and Brothers, and John

 

Murphy and Company.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be

Appropriation.

and he is hereby directed to issue his warrant upon

 

the Treasurer, to pay for material furnished to tobacco

 

warehouse number two, and labor for the same, to

 

Finlay, Roberts and Company, for nails, eight hun-

 

dred and sixty-three dollars and seventy-four cents;

 

to William S. Taylor and Company, for lumber, one

 

hundred and seventy-five dollars and thirty-nine

 

cents ; to Henderson's Wharf for storage, four hun-

head hoops, three hundred and thirteen dollars and

 

fifty cents; to Klinefelter and Brother, for rope &c.,

 

twenty-three dollars and thirty-five cents; to Bolton.

dollars and ninety cents ; to Johnson and Company,

 

for labor, one hundred and forty-five dollars and

 

twenty cents ; to John F. Wiley, for printing, eighty

 

dollars; to Charles Streeper, for hoops, ninety dol-

 

lars ; to Brown and Murphy, for hire of paulins, sixty-

 

five dollars and twenty-five cents ; to Wm. A. House,

 

nineteen dollars and sixty-two cents; to Lewis F.

 

Claby, for labor, thirty-six dollars and twenty-five
