having first paid to the Treasurer of the State of

to be a sufficient license for the auctioneer making

 

such payment, to carry on the business of auction-

 

eering in said county, for the period of one year from

acting as auctioneer in said county being hereby re-

 

quired to pay the annual sum of fifty dollars to the

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any person violating

 

the provisions of section one of this act, or selling or
