CHAPTER 444.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners
|
 
|
of Baltimore county, to grant rights of way
|
 
|
through the jail lot of said county, to the Towson-
|
 
|
town Rail Road Company, and to the Maryland
|
 
|
and Pennsylvania Rail Road Company.
|
Authorized to

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
grant rignts of
way.
|
Maryland, That the Commissioners of Baltimore
|
 
|
county, be and they are hereby authorized to grant
|
 
|
rights of way through the jail lot of said county, to
|
 
|
the Towsontown Rail Road Company, and to the
|
 
|
Maryland and Pensylvania Rail Road Company, of a
|
 
|
width of thirty-three feet for the first of the above-
|
 
|
named railroads, and of the width of thirty-five feet,
|
 
|
for the other ; the said rights of way to be used for
|
 
|
railroad purposes only.
|
