CHAPTER 442.

 

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the

 

claims of John Murphy and Company, and Harry

 

Gilmore, Henry W. Jenkins and Sons, John Turn-

 

bull and Company, Benton Tolson and Hamilton

 

H. Powers.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is hereby

issue warrant

requested and directed to issue his warrant on the

Treasurer, to pay John Murphy and Company for

 

stationery furnished the Attorney General, ninety-

 

eight dollars and ninety-three cents; to Harry Gil-

 

more as per recommendation of the Comptroller for

 

work done in Tobacco Warehouse number five, one

 

hundred and seventy-five dollars : to Henry W.

 

Jenkins and Sons for chairs furnished Senate Cham-

 

ber, by order of Secretary of Senate, one hundred

 

and twelve dollars; to John Turnbull, Jr., and Com-

 

pany, for materials furnished Senate Chamber, by

 

order of Secretary of Senate, sixty-eight dollars and

 

forty cents ; to Benton Tolson for amount of taxes

 

erroneously paid into the Treasury, as per certificate
