sess the benefits and damages arising, happening and

ensuing from the opening, constructing and grading
|

of said proposed street, avenue or alley, and make a
|
 
|
true return thereof, in writing, to the commissioners
|
 
|
of Baltimore county, with the names of the persons
|
 
|
to whom benefits have been allowed or damages as-
|
 
|
sessed, and the amount so allowed for benefits or
|

damages as aforesaid; but, before said persons, so

appointed, proceed to act in the premises, they shall
|
 
|
give ten days' notice of their intention so to do, by
|
 
|
publication thereof in one or more newspapers pub-
|

lished in Baltimore county, which notice shall state
|
 
|
the time, place and object of their meeting; and
|
 
|
after the return of said examiners has been made to
|
 
|
the Commissioners of Baltimore county as aforesaid.

the said commissioners may proceed to ratify and
|

confirm, or reject and set aside said report and re-

turn ; provided said report and return have been filed

for thirty days in the office of said commissioners ;

and provided, said commissioners, before proceeding

to act in the premises, shall cause notice of the filing

of said report, return, etc., to be published, for three

consecutive weeks, in one or more newspapers pub-
|
 
|
lished in Baltimore county; and unless objections,
|
 
|
in writing, to said report and return, are filed by
|
 
|
some person interested in the premises, or his, her
|
 
|
or its agent or attorney, within the period aforesaid,
|
 
|
in which case the said county commissioners shall,
|
 
|
as soon as convenient and practicable thereafter, and
|
 
|
after tive days' notice to the parties interested, or their
|
 
|
agents or attorneys, or five days' notice, posted on the
|
 
|
premises in case the owner is a non-resident or is not
|

the county commissioners of said county, to the

circuit court thereof; provided, said appeal is taken
|

within thirty days from the passage of said final
