Assembly of Maryland, at its January session,

 

eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter ninety-nine,

 

entitled an act to lay off streets in Baltimore county,

 

adjoining Baltimore city, and to repeal certain acts

 

inconsistent therewith, and to re-enact the same with

 

amendments; and each of said acts just above-men-

 

tioned, and each and every section of each and every

 

act just above-mentioned, be and the same are hereby

 

repealed.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the County Com-

 

missioners of Baltimore county may, upon the appli-
