CHAPTER 435.

AN ACT to give and declare the sanction of the

|
General Assembly of Maryland to the gift, legacy,
|
 
|
devise and bequest of five thousand dollars to the
|
 
|
Trustees of Waugh Chapel, in Baltimore county,
|
 
|
Maryland, as contained and mentioned in the last
|
 
|
will and testament of John Geddis, late of Balti-
|
 
|
more county, deceased.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
 
|
Maryland, That the sanction of the General Assem-
|

bly of Maryland be and the same is herebv given

to bequest

and declared to the gift, devise, legacy and bequest
|
 
|
of five thousand dollars to the Trustees of Waugh
|
 
|
Chapel, in Baltimore county, Maryland, as contained

and mentioned in the last will and testament of John
|
 
|
Geddis, late of Baltimore county, deceased, for the
|
 
|
purposes set forth in said will.
|
 
|
