Charles C. Fulton and Son, five dollars and fifty

 

cents ; to F. W. Baker, five dollars ; to A. S. Abell

 

and Company, six dollars and eighty-three cents;

 

to George W. and J. S. Wilson, three dollars ; to

 

Joseph H. Johnson, four dollars and fifty cents; to
William H. Ruby, five dollars; to Longnecker

 

Brothers, two dollars and fifty cents; to J. Guest

 

King, three dollars; to W. E. Weber, four dollars

 

and fifty cents ; to Keech and Yellott, four dollars;

 

and to Parran and Williams, three dollars, in full

 

payment of their bills for publishing advertisements

 

for bids for public printing of Senate, as per order

 

of the Senate, session eighteen hundred and seventy-

 

four.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

 

effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 435.

 

AN ACT to give and declare the sanction of the

 

General Assembly of Maryland to the gift, legacy,

 

devise and bequest of five thousand dollars to the

 

Trustees of Waugh Chapel, in Baltimore county,

 

Maryland, as contained and mentioned in the last

 

will and testament of John Geddis, late of Balti-

 

more county, deceased.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That the sanction of the General Assem-
