CHAPTER 436.
AN ACT to repeal chapter one hundred and sixty-
nine, of the act of eighteen hundred and seventy-
two, entitled an act for the better protection of par-
tridges in Queen Anne's county, and also to add
an additional section to article ninety-eight, of the
Code.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of	Rapealed.
Maryland, That chapter one hundred and sixty-nine,
of the act of eighteen hundred and seventy-two,
entitled " an act for the better protection of part-
ridges in Queen Anne's county, " be and the same is
hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the following section	Additional

" wild-fowl, " to be section sixteen of said article
sixteen :
SEC. 16. That the County Commissioners of Queen	Fa; for killing
Anne's county shall pay the sum of fifty cents per
head for every hawk, or owl head, or the head of any
other bird of prey destructive of partridges, if such
hawk, owl or other bird of prey shall have been killed
in Queen Anne's county, on the production of such
proof as is required by sections one, two and three of
article thirty-one, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title " crows. "
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	In force.
