Constitution, I have the honor herewith to submit to you
true copies of the accounts rendered to and settled with the
Comptroller of the Treasury from the 1st day of January,
1874, to the 10th day of February, 1874.

Mr. Brattan, from the Committee on Corporations, reported
favorably on

The House bill entitled "An Act supplemental to an Act
to incorporate the Dulany's Valley and Lawsontown Turn-
pike Company, passed January Session, 1856, chapter 24."

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Brattan, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorbly on

The Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 2 of
Article X. of the Code of Public General Laws, respecting
the sale of attached property, aud re-enact the same with
amendments."

Which, was read the first time.
Also, reported favorably on

The Senate bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to
Article fifty-one of the Code of Public General Laws to follow
section 45, to provide for the supersedeas of judgments of
affirmance or de nova judgments on appeal from Justices of
the Peace, to be numbered 45—a."

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Earle, from the Committee on Finance, reported favor-
ably on

The Senate bill entitled "An Act to pay to Banner
Graves, of Washington county, the sum of twenty dollars,
pension due to Joseph Graves, late of Washington county,
deceased, a soldier of the war of 1812."

Which was read the first time.
Also, reported favorably on

The Senate bill entitled "An Act to refund to John W.
Tyler, Henry F. Chilton and Major Todd, the States portion
