ty-four.

On motion by Mr. Claggett,
The report was postponed until Tuesday, March 3rd, 1874.

Mr. Claggett, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported unfavorable on

The Senate bill entitled "An Act to provide for the loca-
tion of a county seat for Garrett county."

Also,

Reported favorably on

The House bill entitled ''An Act to locate the county seat
of Garrett county."

Mr. Getty moved to substitute the Senate bill for the
unfavorable report.

Mr. Claggett moved to postpone the matter under con-
sideration until Wednesday next, 25th instant.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Blake submitted the following order:

Ordered, That the Committee on Public Buildings be re-
quested to inquire into the propriety of building an addi-
tional accommodation for the use of the Legislature and State
Officers who are required to hold their offices in the city of
Annapolis, and to report by bill or otherwise.

Mr. Mudd demanding the yeas and nays upon the adoption
of the order, it was adopted as follows :
