AN ACT to repeal the act passed at January ses-

sion, eighteen hundred and seventy-two, chapter

three hundred and fifty-five, entitled an act, to
|

authorize the issuing of licenses to Telegraph
|
 
|
Companies and Express or Transportation Com-
|
 
|
panies, not organized under the laws of this State,
|
 
|
to transact business therein, and to re-enact the
|
 
|
same with amendments, and to add the same to
|
 
|
article fifty-six, of the "Code of Public General
|
 
|
Laws of this State.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the act passed at January session,
