action of all other business of said company, as in

SEC. 12. And be it enacted, That nothing in this act

 

shall be so construed as to authorize said company

 

to issue any scrip or bank note, or exercise any

 

banking privilege.

 

SEC. 13. And be it enacted, That the Legislature

 

reserves to itself the right to change this act of in-

 

corporation at pleasure.

and known as election district number one in Garrett

 

county.

trict heretofore known as district number two in

 

Allegany county, shall be designated and known as

 

election district number two in Garrett county.
