The Senate bill entitled "An Act to amend and re-enact
section 21, of Article V. of the Code of Public General Laws,
title 'appeals,' "

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal setion 20, of
chapter 322, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, passed at the January Session, 1867, entitled an Act to
incorporate the Worcester and Somerset Rail Road Com-
pany,"

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 38, of
Article XCIII. of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
'Testementary Laws' and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments,"

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Mr. Brattan, from the Committee on Corporations, reported
favorably

spirituous or intoxicating liquors within the limits of Dame's
Quarter District, in Somerset county.''

tridges in Anne Arundel county,"

inquiry, and to re-enact the same with an amendment,"
