SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the sum of six hundred and twelve

same is hereby appropriated, to pay J. Weatherby

and Sons for labor done, and heating apparatus fur-

nished the building, used by the State Normal School;
and the Comptroller is hereby directed to issue his
