SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

are hereby authorized to sell at public sale, said
|

Providence Church, situated in district number

|
four, Carroll county, and upon the payment of the

purchase money, the said Trustees shall convey by
good and sufficient deed to the purchaser or pur-
|
 
|
chasers thereof, the said Providence Methodist Pro-
|
 
|
testant Church.
