Inspectors of Tobacco in Baltimore city, and amount-
ing in the aggregate to the sum of three hundred
and fifty-five dollars and ninety cents; the same to
be paid out of any moneys in the Treasury, not other-
wise appropriated, standing to the credit of the to-
bacco fund.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

idence Methodist Protestant Church in Carroll
county, to sell and dispose of certain property
therein mentioned.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
