CHAPTER 295.

 

AN ACT to provide for the appointment of counsel

 

to represent the State, in the matter of the arbi-

 

tration proposed to be had on the boundary line,.

 

between Maryland and Virginia, and to appropri-

 

ate a sum of money to pay the expenses of such

 

arbitration.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
