of any person interested; and copies of all ordi-

nances shall be published in one newspaper of the

town, or shall be put up in the most public places in
|

Films and fur-
felonies
|
SEC 13. And be it enacted, That all fines and for-
|
 
|
feitures under the ordinances of said corporation shall
|
 
|
be recoverable before a justice of the peace, as small ,
|
 
|
debts are recovered.
|
 
|
 
|
Penalty for
|
SEC. 14. And be it enacted, That the sheriff of Har-
|
violating
|
ford county shall receive and sale keep in the jail of
|
 
|
said county all persons who shall be committed
|
 
|
thereto by any justice of the peace of said county, for
|
 
|
violation of any of the ordinances of the commission-
|
 
|
ers of said town, or for the non-payment of any fine
|
 
|
or forfeiture which may be imposed by any justice
of the peace of said county for the violation of said
|
 
|
ordinance, according to the tenor of said committ-
|
 
|
ment, until discharged by due course of law, or by
|
 
|
payment of the fine, forfeiture and costs.

Reserves
|
SEC. 15. And the General Assembly of Maryland
|
 
|
reserves to itself the right to alter and amend, or
|
 
|
repeal this act at its pleasure.
|
In force
|
SEC. 16. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
|
 
|
effect from the date of its passage.
|
 
|
