pealed, and the following is hereby enacted in lieu
thereof:

CHAPTER 241.
AN ACT to refund to Isaiah Canter, the sum of four
dollars and twenty-five cents, erroneously paid into
the Treasury.
WHEREAS, it appears from the books of the Comp-	Preamble.
troller, that upon settlement it has' been found that
the balance of four dollars and twenty-five cents has
been overpaid by Isaiah Canter into the Treasury,
therefore —
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Treasurer be authorized and	Appropriation to Isaiah Cantor
directed to pay upon the warrant of the Comptroller
the said sum of four dollars and twenty-five cents to
Isaiah Canter.
