The House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections five and
six of the Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at January Session, 1872, chapter 212, entitled an Act to
provide for taking a vote for or against a new county, in cer-
tain election districts in Allegany county, at the election to
be held in the fall of 1872, and to re-enact the same with
amendments."

Mr. Lloyd, from the Select Committee, reported favorably

The Senate bill entitled "An Act to refund to Oliver P.
Sparks, of Talbot county, a certain sum of money erroneously
paid into the Treasury."

The Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal the Act of As-
sembly of 1858, chapter 13, passed February 10th, 1858, en-
titled an Act amendatory of the Act of Assembly, passed at
December Session, 1834, chapter 87, entitled an Act to incor-
porate the Trustees of the Education Fund of the Baltimore
Annual Conference, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments."

tion of fire-proof vaults in the Court House at Easton,"

The Senate bill entitled ''An Act to repeal the second sec-
tion of Article IX. of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Joint Obligations and Joint Tenancy," sub-title "Joint
Obligations," relating to suits on causes of action, joint and
several, and to re-enact the same with an amendment,"
