late of Calvert county, to invest the funds of said minor
children in the purchase of real estate.

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings to report a bill entitled "An Act to punish defendants
in attachments and executions who may clandestinely remove
or dispose of property levied upon for debt by Sheriffs and
Constables.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings to report a bill entitled "An Act to provide a remedy at
law for the recovery of debts due from married women."
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on J udicial Proceed-
ings to report a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 43 of
Article XXXVII. entitled 'Evidence/ and subtitle 'Domestic
Accounts' of the Public General Laws, relating to probate of
accounts, and to re-enact the same with amendments."
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings to report a bill entitled "An Act to amend Article
LXXV., section 85, title 'Pleading, Practice and Process,'
sub-title 'Process' of the Code of Public General Laws relat-
ing to the appearance of defendants in suits at law, after
being returned summoned by the Sheriff."
Mr. Aydelott called up the Senate bill entitled "An Act
supplementary to an Act entitled an Act to incorporate the
Worcester Rail Road Company, passed at the January Ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and fifty-three, with amendments,
enacted on the 18th of March, 1867, and to repeal section
18 of said Act, or any other part of said Act inconsistent with
this Act."
Which was read the second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
