CHAPTER 218.
AN ACT to repeal sections eight hundred and forty,
eight hundred and forty-one, eight hundred and
forty-four, eight hundred and forty-five, eight hun-
and forty-six, eight hundred and forty-seven, eight
hundred and forty- eight, eight hundred and forty-
nine, eight hundred and fifty, eight hundred and
fifty-five, and eight hundred and sixty-one, of ar-
ticle four, of the Code of Public Local Laws, relat-
ing to the city of Baltimore, sub-title " Streets,"
and the acts of Assembly of eighteen hundred and
and seventy, chapter two hundred and eighty-two,
entitled "an act to repeal section eight hundred
and sixty-one, of article four of the Code of Public
Local Laws, entitled city of Baltimore, sub-title
" Streets," and to re-enact the same to read as fol-
lows," and chapter three hundred and twenty-two,
of the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy, enti-
tled " an act to add additional sectionsto the fourth
article of Public Local Laws, relating to the city
of Baltimore, sub-title " Streets," and to re-enact
other sections in lien thereof.
SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly of	Repealed and
Maryland, That sections eight hundred and forty,	enacted in lieu.

the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to the city
•of Baltimore, sub-title "Streets," and the acts of As-
sembly of eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter two hundred and eighty-two, entitled "an act to repeal
section eight hundred and sixty-one, of article four,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled " city of
Baltimore," sub-title "Streets," and to re-enact the
same to read as follows," and chapter three hundred
and twenty-two, of the acts of eighteen hundred and
