Bauer, and Edwin H. Webster, be and the same are

 

hereby incorporated in the name of the trustees of

the Masonic Hall and Church in Bel Air, in Harford

 

county, and they and their successors forever are

 

hereby authorized to take and hold the lot and build-

 

ing thereon, in tlic town of Bel Air in said county,

 

which was heretofore conveyed by the Justices of

 

the Levy Court of Harford county, to John McKen-

 

ney, Israel D. Maulsby, James Pannell, and Samuel

 

Bradford.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said corporation

 

shall hold said lot and building in trust for the use

Free and Accepted Masons; and for the purposes of

 

religious worship, shall have the full control of the

 

same; may regulate the use thereof, and apply the

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the said trustees or

 

survivers or surviver of them may fill any vacancy

that said trustees by their corporate name as afore-

 

said, may sue and be sued, contract and make by-

 

laws for their government and action, and take and

 

convey property for the purposes aforesaid.
