for the sum of forty-nine dollars, to be paid out of

ton, constable as aforesaid, as his legal fees for

serving said writs of summons in said cases.

AN ACT to repeal chapter one hundred and eighty-

nine, of the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-

two, relating to Salisbury Academy, and to re-enact

the same with amendments.
