favorably on

The Senate bill entitled "An Act supplementary to an Act
entitled an Act to incorporate the Worcester Rail Road Com-
pany, passed at the January Session, 1853, with amend-
ments enacted on the 18th March, 1867, and to repeal section
18 of said Act, or any other part of said Act inconsistent
with, this Act."

Which was read the first time and ordered to be printed.

Mr. Lloyd, from a Select Committee, reported favorably on

The Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize the construc-
tion of fire-proof vaults in the Court House at Easton.

On motion by Mr. Billingsley,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Finance to intro-
duce a bill entitled "An Act to provide a suitable building
for the use of the State Normal School and to appropriate a
sum of money therefor."

On motion by Mr. Lloyd,

Leave was granted to Messrs. Lloyd, Walsh and McCulloh
to report a bill for the relief of Oliver P. Sparks, late Collec-
tor of Talbot county.
